Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operating Officer to manage the day-to-day operations of our venture studio. This role involves overseeing project management, resource allocation, and operational efficiencies to ensure the smooth execution of studio initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive growth, lead strategic direction, and collaborate closely with founders, entrepreneurs, and advisors to foster innovative AI-driven startups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring alignment with the studio’s mission and goals. Implement and maintain processes that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Project Management: Lead project management efforts to ensure timely and successful execution of initiatives. Allocate resources effectively and manage project timelines to meet strategic objectives.
- Business Development: Drive business development, marketing, and operations to propel growth and strategic direction. Identify new opportunities, build partnerships, and expand the studio’s market presence.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with founders, entrepreneurs, and advisors to shape and develop innovative AI-driven startups. Facilitate a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Network Building: Build and nurture networks of experts, providing mentorship and facilitating resource sharing. Foster relationships with industry leaders, investors, and key stakeholders to support venture success.
- Strategic Execution: Oversee the implementation of business strategies and ensure the successful launch and scaling of new ventures. Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an operational leadership role, preferably within a venture studio or startup environment.
