Recruitment Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and strategic Recruitment Manager to join our venture studio. The ideal candidate will manage the recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent, overseeing sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee relations. This role ensures that the studio has the human resources needed to achieve its goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build recruitment processes that align with the organization’s hiring needs and business goals.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the company, communicating the benefits of working there to prospective hires.
  • Conduct initial rounds of interviews and coordinate follow-up interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other company managers and executives to set clear hiring goals and analyze progress toward reaching them.
  • Actively seek to diversify talent and deepen the company culture.
  • Research and understand current labor laws and government hiring regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Use applicant tracking systems to automate and streamline hiring processes.
  • Attend job fairs, workshops, conferences, and hiring events to source new employees.
  • Anticipate future job openings to start hiring early and keep positions filled.
  • Train and supervise team members on using updated recruiting techniques and tools.
  • Travel for networking and sourcing opportunities in other states or countries.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to act as a spokesperson for the company and attract top talent.
  • Proficiency in conducting interviews and coordinating recruitment activities.
  • Experience in collaborating with managers and executives to set and achieve hiring goals.
  • Commitment to diversifying talent and enhancing company culture.
